Production Worker

Our client, a leading insulation manufacturing and distribution company, is looking for a Fabrication Worker to join their team in City of Industry, CA . In this role, you will be responsible for operating fabrication equipment to produce high-quality insulation products while ensuring all finished goods meet required specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate laminators, band saws, and cutting equipment to fabricate fiberglass insulation into rolls or custom sizes Measure and prepare insulation materials for production in accordance with specifications Monitor machine performance throughout the shift and make minor adjustments as needed Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Assist with packaging and staging of completed materials for shipment Maintain safe operation of all fabrication equipment at all times

Requirements:

Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and monitor production machinery Ability to read and follow specifications and production instructions accurately Ability to lift heavy materials and work comfortably in a production environment Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate:

$24.86 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 1st

Shift Start Time:
