General Production Worker Job Description Join our team in a dynamic role where you will be involved in packing and stacking fruit at our Cedar and Alluvial facility. This position requires flexibility in working at both locations and proficiency in English comprehension. Responsibilities Assist in packing and stacking fruit efficiently. Inspect and ensure the quality of packaged products. Operate in a production environment following safety protocols. Lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds. Push and pull loads up to 400 pounds as required. Adapt to a flexible schedule, including day/night shifts and weekends. Engage in physical and repetitive tasks in varying temperature conditions. Essential Skills Proficiency in English comprehension. Experience in general production, packaging, and inspection. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Capacity to push and pull up to 400 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in general labor roles. Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot & cold). Flexible scheduling availability, including graveyard shifts for sanitation. Why Work Here? • 1:30pm and 2nd shift from 7pm
• 3:30am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Clovis, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.90
• $16.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
