Requirements / Responsibilities

Trim products accurately and efficiently following established guidelines Ensure all trimmed items meet quality standards and specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times Report any issues or inconsistencies promptly to management Qualifications Previous experience in trimming or a similar production role is preferred but not required Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain consistent output quality Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Basic reading and communication skills in English Job Details / Duties Operate trimming tools or machinery as assigned Select and discard defective materials before packaging Assist in quality control procedures to ensure compliance with production standards Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes Follow daily work schedules and production targets assigned by supervisors Benefits Competitive hourly pay Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company Access to training and professional development resources Consistent, stable shifts with predictable scheduling Shifts This role operates Monday through Friday with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Central Time).
