Finishing Department Associate

Dynasty Employment Solutions is currently seeking Finishing Department Associates for a battery manufacturing facility in Corona, CA. This role is responsible for supporting production in the finishing department and ensuring all products meet quality and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Ensure production schedules are met as directed by the Plant Manager Clean batteries and apply labels and vents as required Palletize products according to company and customer specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area (housekeeping) Follow instructions from supervisors and management Accurately document production and quality data Maintain regular attendance and punctuality Safety & Work Practices Follow all health and safety policies and procedures Wear all required PPE at all times Ensure machinery is turned off before clearing jams or performing work Verify all safety guards are in place before operating equipment Qualifications High school diploma preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to document information clearly Why Join Us Dynasty Employment Solutions connects you with stable, long-term opportunities in growing industries.
