This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting supply chain functions, and ensuring effective communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with production planning and scheduling to ensure materials are available for manufacturing processes. Monitor inventory levels and perform inventory control activities to prevent shortages and overstock situations. Maintain accurate inventory, production, and shipment records within ERP/MRP systems. Track raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the production cycle. Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning teams to forecast material requirements. Coordinate communication between production, purchasing, and logistics departments. Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices. Generate reports and maintain production documentation as required. Qualifications Previous experience in production planning, inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing administration preferred. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software is highly desirable. Knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting processes. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Basic understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems preferred.
