In this energetic role, you will support the manufacturing process by assisting with assembly, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your proactive attitude and mechanical aptitude will help keep production flowing smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced factory setting while contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations. Duties Assist with assembly line tasks, including sorting, packing, and assembling components using hand tools and power tools Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move raw materials and finished products within the facility Support the setup and breakdown of production stations, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for use Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any mechanical issues promptly Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while adhering to safety protocols Support inventory management by stocking supplies and recording material usage accurately Requirements Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is highly advantageous Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools safely; forklift certification is a plus Strong physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout shifts Warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing facilities is beneficial Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting Join us in creating quality products while building your skills in a lively, supportive environment!
