What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a team lead in a manufacturing environment or similar. A positive attitude and a passion for motivating others Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges A willingness to learn and grow—no prior manufacturing experience required Basic math skills Strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
Lead production efforts in your department, guiding operators to success Identify and implement solutions to improve operations through problem-solving and lean manufacturing practices Monitor labor efficiency and scrap rates, keeping a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate with management to assess labor improvement projects and operational techniques Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards Participate in additional activities as assigned
