com Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Line Lead to oversee and coordinate all aspects of production operations on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills, capable of driving productivity while maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all production line activities to ensure daily goals are achieved. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to line personnel to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. Set up and monitor production lines according to work orders, ensuring accuracy in materials and components. Troubleshoot production or equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and optimize output. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations. Maintain accurate and timely production documentation, including labor tracking and data entry. Promote and enforce compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and safety programs. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees. Working knowledge of warehouse operations, assembly, and production processes. Mechanical aptitude for diagnosing and resolving equipment or process issues. Proficiency with hand and power tools; forklift certification preferred.
