Sign Production Vinyl Application

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sign Production Vinyl Application Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately applying vinyl graphics and signage to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet design specifications. Your expertise will help bring creative visions to life through precise installation techniques, contributing to the overall success of our sign production process. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking prior to vinyl application to ensure optimal adhesion. Measure and cut vinyl materials accurately using hand tools and power tools to match design templates. Apply vinyl graphics onto designated surfaces with precision, utilizing squeegees and other application tools for smooth finishes. Inspect finished signs for quality control, ensuring proper alignment, adhesion, and overall appearance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, supporting efficient production flow and timely project completion. Help with other assembly tasks and be willing to crosstrain Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and vinyl application techniques. Mechanical knowledge related to sign production equipment and assembly processes. Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is a plus. Familiarity with assembly line procedures within a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and measurements. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
