We are a growing biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and manufacturing innovative therapies that improve patient outcomes. Our team is driven by science, quality, and a commitment to excellence in biologics manufacturing.
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates to join our Manufacturing team in both Upstream and Downstream operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated biopharma environment and build a strong foundation in biologics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Upstream Manufacturing:
Assist with cell culture processes, including media preparation, bioreactor setup, and monitoring Support inoculation, sampling, and harvesting activities Maintain accurate batch records and documentation
Downstream Manufacturing:
Perform purification processes such as filtration and chromatography Prepare buffers and solutions Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and validation activities
General Duties:
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Document all activities clearly and accurately Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality and Engineering Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment Preferred (but not required): Internship or lab experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings Basic understanding of GMP principles SALARY $21-$25
