Duration:
12 Months to start with! We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead execution of complex display silicon programs, supporting next-generation technologies used in advanced consumer devices In this role, you will drive programs from early development through high-volume manufacturing, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams and external semiconductor partners. You'll play a key role in translating high-level milestones into detailed execution plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and driving programs to successful deliver y. Required Qualificati ons1-3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role within hardware or semiconductor developm entBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related fi eldExperience coordinating execution across multiple engineering te amsProven ability to translate milestones into actionable schedu lesExperience working with external vendors, contract manufacturers, or foundr iesUnderstanding of hardware development lifecycle (prototype, validation, producti on)Strong communication and stakeholder management ski llsAbility to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive outco mes Preferred Qualificat ionsExperience with semiconductor programs, including foundry or OSAT interact ionsExposure to display technologies (uLED, microLED, or simi lar)Experience managing programs with multiple external part nersFamiliarity working across global teams and time z onesExperience with program tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or sim ilarAbility to present technical program status and risks to leader shipExperience supporting consumer hardware products from development to produc tion Responsibil ities:

Cross-Functional Program Exe cutionLead program reviews and align cross-functional teams including silicon engineering, test, packaging, and so urcingTranslate high-level program goals into detailed execution plans with clear owners and tim elinesTrack dependencies, decisions, and execution gaps to ensure smooth de livery Vendor & Partner Man agementManage relationships with external foundries and silicon vendorsRun joint program reviews, milestone tracking, and working s essionsEnsure alignment between internal teams and external partner comm itmentsIdentify and address risks or schedule misalignmen t early Program Tracking & R eportingMaintain end-to-end program trackers across internal and external wor kstreamsProvide regular status updates, milestone reporting, and executive s ummariesEnsure transparency on progress, blockers, and key d ecisions Risk M anagementMaintain a structured risk register across technical, schedule, and supply ch ain areasDrive mitigation plans with clear ownership and timelinesPresent risk summaries and escalation paths to l eadership
