Job Description

Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Specialists to join their 1st shift and 2nd shift manufacturing teams. As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production activities.

5:00am to 1:30pm 2nd
Shift:
2:30pm to 10:30am What's the Job? Support daily production activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor. Assist in coordinating manufacturing tasks and material flow. Perform Batch Record Review (BRR) for accuracy and compliance with GDP standards. Support documentation organization, archiving, and data tracking using Excel and ERP systems. What's Needed? Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries. Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Comfortable using Excel for data entry and tracking. Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
