As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
3:00pm to 11:30pm What's the Job? Support daily production activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor. Assist in coordinating manufacturing tasks and material flow. Perform Batch Record Review (BRR) for accuracy and compliance with GDP standards. Support documentation organization, archiving, and data tracking using Excel and ERP systems. What's Needed? Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries. Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Comfortable using Excel for data entry and tracking. Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
