We are seeking an Integration Lead to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions. This position's internal job code is Production Ops Spec. Our team is currently hiring a level 3.

Position Responsibilities:

Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate Conducts staffing and cost analyses Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation Represents manufacturing on production related issues Investigating product defects and production inefficiencies and developing solutions to reduce/mitigate Conducting staffing and cost analyses Coordinating and preparing justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation Representing manufacturing on production related issues Establishing and maintaining production schedules Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment 1+ years of experience leading teams 1+ year of hands on experience building wiring harnesses Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in the aerospace industry Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel Excellent written and Verbal Communications Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)

Summary pay range:

Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000 Millennium is DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant Company. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security clearance. Additionally, applicants must be willing to apply for and maintain a security clearance.
