We are seeking a highly organized and motivated production professional to help manage our stage, events, and productions at a boutique creative studio in El Segundo. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across all aspects of production—from managing gear and coordinating shoots to supporting events and helping grow our digital presence.

We're looking for someone who has had some on set experience and has a knowledge of cameras, grip and lighting with a strong get it done attitude. You thrive on efficiency, details and organization and have an aptitude and curiosity for using AI and other technological platforms for optimization. You have experience in digital and social media to help us both maintain our on-line presence and increase our business thru digital advertising and promotions. You are excited about production and feel comfortable working and collaborating with crews and producers on our stage and remotely. You have a 110% positive attitude, are a problem solver and are self-motivated. This position is geared toward someone who is a fast learner and welcomes the opportunity to grow and take on increasing responsibility. You need to be calm under pressure, professional, and have the ability to interact with crew and clients in a positive manner. Duties and Responsibilities Production & Shoot Coordination Collaborate with producers to coordinate, prep, and execute video shoots both in-house and on location Coordinate rental gear, including sourcing, booking, and managing pickups/returns Work cross-functionally with grip, camera, and art departments to support production needs Source equipment from in-house inventory and external rental vendors as needed Stage Management & Client Support Serve as the on-site representative for stage rentals, productions, and client tours Lead facility tours for prospective stage and event clients Support clients during load-in, setup, and production to ensure safe and efficient operations Act as the on-site problem solver for stage and event productions Facility Operations & Maintenance Maintain overall facility operations, including stage, offices, kitchen, bathrooms, and shared spaces Coordinate with vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pest control, and other maintenance needs Manage ongoing operational requirements (fire extinguishers, water filters, vehicle registration/smog, etc.) Oversee waste removal services and general facility upkeep Stage Prep & Presentation Prep and paint the cyclorama stage for each rental Ensure all client-facing areas (HMU, client lounge, bathrooms, parking lot) are clean, organized, and production-ready Perform routine cleaning and resets, including mopping stage and tidying common areas Restock bathrooms and maintain supply levels Marketing & Digital Support Assist in maintaining company website, marketing, and social media platforms (Wix, Instagram, Yelp, Google Ads, Peerspace, Giggster, etc.)
