Creative Production Assistant (Part-Time, In Person)

About LingoDodo LingoDodo creates screen-free educational toys that help children learn languages while connecting families to their culture and heritage. We are a small, growing company looking for a creative, organized, detail-oriented person to help with product artwork, marketing graphics, and production files. Position Overview We are looking for a Creative Production Assistant with strong Adobe Illustrator and Canva skills. This role involves both creative and repetitive production work, so accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are very important. Many projects go into printed production, which means small mistakes in spelling, spacing, alignment, or file setup can become costly. The right person will be careful, organized, and comfortable checking their own work before submitting it. Responsibilities Create and update product stickers and artwork in Adobe Illustrator Design marketing graphics and simple creative assets in Canva Prepare, organize, and maintain product and design files Check artwork for spelling, alignment, spacing, and accuracy Assist with product launches and creative projects Help with basic audio editing in Audacity, training available Assist with AI voice projects using ElevenLabs, training available Support other creative and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications Required:

Strong Adobe Illustrator skills Strong Canva experience Excellent attention to detail Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to work independently without constant supervision Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn Clear written communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with Audacity Experience with ElevenLabs Experience with print production or packaging design Basic photo or video editing skills Good Fit For This Role This role is a good fit for someone who notices small details, takes pride in accurate work, enjoys both creative and structured tasks, and is comfortable helping wherever needed in a small business.
