Responsibilities:

Production lead for Rippers and Folders Assist with production of roof ridges and drive a forklift as needed Follow all safety procedures and avoid at-risk behaviors at all times. Support housekeeping, shutdown, cleanup, startup, and basic maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required 3+ months of prior manufacturing experience Must provide your own safety shoes. Must wear a long sleeve shirt with at least a 35% cotton blend. Ability to perform manual folding work with light shingle materials (no climbing, no stooping). Must consistently meet production expectations of 12 boxes per hour. Pay Details:
