Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM 10:00 PM (with 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Job Summary Production Operator performs work that is required to manufacture shingle products, along with related safety, housekeeping, shut down, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work. Key Responsibilities Using gloved hands, manually fold roof ridges (no tools or machinery) Work safely and avoid at-risk behaviors at all times Use standard procedures and technical training Perform safety, housekeeping, shut down, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work as required Meet the production target of 12 boxes per hour; failure to meet the production target (12 boxes per hour) could result in a performance termination Required Skills Ability to perform repetitive manual folding tasks using gloved hands Commitment to workplace safety and avoidance of at-risk behaviors Ability to follow standard procedures and technical training Ability to consistently meet production targets (12 boxes per hour) Work Environment / Physical Requirements Must bring your own safety shoes Must wear at least 35% cotton blend long sleeve shirts All other PPE is provided Role involves repetitive manual labor (folding roof ridges by hand) 2nd shift position Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans 401k Retirement Fund About the Client Leading North American roofing manufacturer committed to innovation, sustainability, and high-quality products.
