You'll play a key role in preparing metal and plastic parts for painting, coating, and finishing. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and quality are essential. 📌 Key Responsibilities Apply masking materials (tape, plugs, caps, paper) to parts following drawings and work instructions. Remove masking materials after coating without damaging parts. Inspect parts before and after masking to ensure accuracy and quality. Follow specifications, blueprints, and process sheets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant workstation. Handle parts carefully to prevent scratches, dents, or contamination. Meet daily production and quality standards. Adhere to all PPE, safety, and environmental procedures. 🛠 Essential Skills Proficiency with basic hand tools. Experience in production, masking, or similar manufacturing processes. Ability to read and follow blueprints and process sheets. ⭐ Preferred (Not Required) Experience Loading parts onto conveyor lines. Cleaning and prepping metal parts. Sanding metal or plastic. Assisting coaters and printing operators. Masking areas not requiring finishing. Removing paint from parts using razor blades or sanding.
