Our production is built around consistency, efficiency, and high-quality output with a 5-business-day turnaround. We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Heat Press Operator to manage sublimation transfers on fabric using a dedicated press. This role is primarily production-based, working through batch jobs with variations depending on fabric type.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a roll-to-roll heat press for sublimation printing Accurately align transfer prints to fabric to prevent misprints Monitor and control temperature, pressure, and dwell time Identify and prevent common issues such as misalignment and material jams Maintain consistent output to meet daily production quotas Perform material prep (fabric handling, staging, and basic organization) Assist with inventory tracking (light involvement) Support packing/shipping when needed Maintain a clean and organized production area

Qualifications:

Experience with heat press or sublimation printing is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and be trained from scratch Must be able to load up to 60 lb rolls of paper/fabric onto a machine Must be able to speak and understand English Strong attention to detail Ability to work on repetitive batch processes with consistency Trouble shoot problems with machines Perform routine maintenance and calibrate machines
