    • Masker / General Production Worker
    • . You'll play a key role in preparing metal and plastic parts for painting, coating, and finishing. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and quality are essential.
    • ? Key Responsibilities
    • + Apply masking materials (tape, plugs, caps, paper) to parts following drawings and work instructions.
    + Remove masking materials after coating without damaging parts. + Inspect parts before and after masking to ensure accuracy and quality. + Follow specifications, blueprints, and process sheets. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant workstation. + Handle parts carefully to prevent scratches, dents, or contamination. + Meet daily production and quality standards. + Adhere to all PPE, safety, and environmental procedures.
    • ? Essential Skills
    • + Proficiency with basic hand tools. + Experience in production, masking, or similar manufacturing processes. + Ability to read and follow blueprints and process sheets.
    • ⭐ Preferred (Not Required) Experience
    • + Loading parts onto conveyor lines. + Cleaning and prepping metal parts. + Sanding metal or plastic. + Assisting coaters and printing operators. + Masking areas not requiring finishing. + Removing paint from parts using razor blades or sanding. + Packaging parts in bags, boxes, or pallets.

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fountain Valley, CA.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
