Who we are looking to hire Wraps Production Assistant / Visual Layout Designer (production management opportunity available) Our production team handles a wide range of duties related to the physical production of signs and vinyl graphic products. The Production Assistant supports the team in creating graphic layouts and producing graphics for vehicle wraps. You'll help draft creative visions for our customers — taking an idea and building something amazing from it. Strong layout and composition skills matter more here than fine-art ability; we collage existing elements into cohesive designs more than draw from scratch. We value real-world experience over a degree. What you'll do Produce and edit layouts/designs for vehicle graphics, signs, and other media using Adobe Creative Suite Set up files for large-format printing and cutting (Onyx RIP workflow) Operate wide-format printers (HP Latex 830W) and plotters; maintain equipment Trim, weed, and transfer-tape vinyl graphics confidently Apply vinyl to flat surfaces and substrates (full vehicle install experience is a plus, not required) Communicate with customers to set project goals, scope, and timeline Help plan and schedule production workflow Pitch in wherever the team needs you Requirements Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Real-world experience preferred over a degree. Please provide portfolio or completed work examples Color-accurate vision — vinyl film matching is non-negotiable and we'll test in the interview Self-directed but collaborative — comfortable taking direction and running with it Strong attention to detail, especially measurements Problem-solver with solid technical skills and common sense Quick to learn new software Works well under deadline pressure and manages time efficiently Able to lift 50 lbs (wide-format vinyl rolls weigh 30-50 lbs and require loading/unloading) A great sense of humor — we've got jokes Bonus skills HP Latex or Onyx RIP experience Wide-format print production experience in a sign shop or production environment WordPress / Woocommerce / Squarespace for occasional website maintenance Basic
