In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process within a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will contribute to maintaining smooth operations on the assembly line, utilizing various hand tools and power tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality products through precise manufacturing practices. Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment on the assembly line to ensure continuous production flow Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently Assist with forklift operations for material handling, loading, and unloading supplies or finished goods Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to meet company standards Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, storage, and organization of materials Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize production processes Requirements Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is highly preferred Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely Experience with forklift operation or certification is a strong advantage Familiarity with assembly line procedures and manufacturing workflows Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding logistics and material handling Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials regularly throughout shifts Strong attention to detail, safety-mindedness, and teamwork skills Join us as a Production Specialist and become an integral part of our manufacturing excellence!
