We are a rapidly growing custom bag manufacturer in the utility industry seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Sewing Technician / Product Development Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial sewing machines , heavy-duty materials , and soft goods manufacturing , along with an interest or background in product development and prototype creation . This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

Key skills and experience:

Industrial sewing (walking foot, heavy materials, reinforced stitching) Pattern making and sample/prototype development Experience with materials such as canvas, nylon, vinyl, or similar textiles Quality control and attention to detail Ability to follow and improve production processes Strong work ethic and willingness to learn As a young company experiencing rapid growth, we offer the opportunity to be part of a hands-on team where your work directly impacts product quality and innovation.

Position details:

Part-time with a flexible schedule
