Relay Production Specialist

Acara Solutions has a Relay Production Specialist Operator job in Garden Grove, CA. Our client is a leader in the semiconductor industry. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience as a Production Specialist Operator. A successful candidate will be skilled in assembling, potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, and sorting. The Pay rate is between $21.00-$22.00 p/hr.

DOE Schedule:

5:30am-2pm (1st shift) Relay Production Specialist Operator job responsibilities include: Read work orders, follow production routes, drawings, and sample assemblies Receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. Interprets Routes, drawings, work instructions, and rework instructions from engineering. Interprets Routes, drawings, work instructions, and rework instructions from engineering. Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cement, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place. Mounts assembled components, such as transformers, magnetics, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets, on chassis panels. May connect components lead wires between individual component leads and other components, connectors, terminals, and contact points. May install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets. May perform intermediate assembly tasks, such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, sorting, and color-coding parts, and assemblies. May perform on-line go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards. High School Diploma or GED At least 2 years' experience in assembling, potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, curing, stamping, etching, impregnating, sorting Must be able to interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions for Relay design. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Reading blueprints, written instructions, process/procedures, and other instructions. Must have the ability to understand and execute verbal and written instructions. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals using manual or electronic calculator methods. Must be able to lift 10 lbs.
