Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

Assist with on-set operations including load-in/load-out, gear organization, and general production support Support various departments as needed (production, art, camera, etc.) Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient set environment Run errands, manage supplies, and assist with crew needs throughout the day Follow direction from Production Coordinators, ADs, and department leads

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs Comfortable working long hours on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team Prior set experience preferred but not required

Location & Transportation:

This position requires local hire or self-reporting to Gilroy, CA Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to set

Mileage Reimbursement:

Mileage will be reimbursed during active production days only Commute mileage to/from set before the first production day and after the final production day will not be reimbursed
