This role is responsible for coordinating production workflow, monitoring schedules, expediting materials and components, and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining compliance with aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Monitor and expedite production orders to ensure on-time completion and delivery. Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, purchasing, shipping, and inventory teams to maintain efficient workflow. Resolve production holds involving raw materials, tooling, gages and engineering design to prevent shortages and production delays. Review work orders, travelers, blueprints, and production schedules for accuracy and completeness. Review and balance workloads between appropriate departments. Communicate production status, schedule updates, ETAs, and potential delays to internal parties. Prioritize and expedite critical jobs to meet customer deadlines and production goals. Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, company procedures, and safety requirements. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Strong attention to detail. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a manufacturing facility. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work in a production and warehouse environment.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
