This role requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions to produce high-quality parts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Match work orders with correct cord material ("relaxed" material) Measure and cut cord to required length using fractions and decimals Perform splicing process using adhesive, heat, and pressure Verify final O-ring length meets specifications Inspect finished product for quality and defects Follow written instructions and work standards Maintain clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Language Skills Ability to read and understand basic work instructions in English Ability to communicate clearly with team members Mathematical Skills Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to read and work with fractions and decimals Ability to measure accurately using a ruler or tape measure Ability to calculate cut lengths based on instructions Reasoning / Work Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to follow step-by-step instructions Good hand-eye coordination Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks Basic problem-solving skills Reliable and consistent work habits Physical Demands Standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift Use of hands for cutting, handling small parts, and detailed work Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Work Environment Warehouse and light production environment Close collaboration with team members Use of basic tools, adhesives, and heat equipment
