Noble Heritage Industries — Huntington Beach, CA Part-Time | 25 Hours/Week | Flexible Schedule About Noble Heritage Industries Noble Heritage Industries is a custom manufacturing company based in Huntington Beach, CA. We design and produce premium signage, pet products, bar décor, plaques, holiday décor, and acrylic products — all in-house using CNC routers, laser engravers, and UV flatbed printers. The Role We are hiring a part-time Shop & Production Assistant to support daily manufacturing operations. You will work directly alongside our lead production staff to keep the shop running efficiently. This is a hands-on role. Machine operation is something you will learn over time — the job starts with the fundamentals of a production floor. What You'll Do Pull materials for machine cutting and production runs Clean and prep materials before production begins Assist with inventory tracking and control of raw materials Sand, polish, and finish products after machining Assemble and package products for shipment Prep and label orders for outbound fulfillment Keep the shop organized and clean throughout your shift Learn to assist with machine operations over time What We're Looking For Reliable — shows up on time and follows through Physically capable of lifting 40-50 lbs and standing for the duration of a shift Detail-oriented with a focus on consistent, quality output Able to take direction and work efficiently in a small team environment Organized and proactive — anticipates what needs to happen next Quick learner who asks questions and retains process Prior experience in a shop, warehouse, or production environment Comfort with basic power tools Interest in manufacturing or fabrication
