Position Overview We are currently seeking a motivated Production Assistant to join our team in Inglewood, CA. The Production Assistant will support event production and operational activities by assisting with equipment preparation, event logistics, setup coordination, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals interested in event operations, production support, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inventory and organize production materials Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting event equipment as needed Maintain production schedules and support operational timelines Help ensure equipment and materials are properly stored and maintained Provide administrative support to production and operations teams Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs when necessary Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Skills Interest in event production and operations Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($19.00 - $27.00/hour) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and company holidays On-the-job training and development opportunities Career growth potential within operations and event management Collaborative and supportive work environment
