Apparel Sewing Specialist (Baby & Adult Apparel)
Location:
Orange County, CA Pay:
$18-$20 per hour, depending on experience Overview We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Apparel Sewing Specialist to join our growing apparel manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with industrial sewing machines and producing high-quality garments in a production environment. This role involves sewing and assembling a variety of products, including baby apparel, children's products, sleepwear, and men's and women's clothing. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, maintains high quality standards, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment Sew and assemble garments according to specifications and quality standards Produce baby apparel, children's products, sleepwear, and adult apparel Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy Perform minor repairs and adjustments when needed Meet daily production goals while maintaining excellent workmanship Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with packaging and other production-related tasks as required Requirements Previous experience in apparel manufacturing or garment production Experience operating industrial sewing machines Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work efficiently in a production environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to follow instructions and production specifications Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience with baby apparel and children's products Experience with sleep suits, sleep sacks, and baby garments Experience with men's and women's apparel Experience with knit fabrics, cotton garments, hoodies, T-shirts, and pants Experience operating overlock, coverstitch, and other industrial sewing machines Strong understanding of garment construction and finishing techniques We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to grow with our company and contribute to the production of premium-quality apparel and baby products.
