  • Irvine, CA 92618 Overview SkillsetGroup is seeking motivated Hand Assembly Leads to support daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for assisting with hand assembly operations, maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting quality standards, and ensuring production priorities are met. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and willing to support multiple departments as business needs require. Key Responsibilities Support daily hand assembly production operations Scan barcodes and accurately update production data in Google Sheets Assist with quality inspections and verification of assembled products Help organize workflow and maintain production efficiency Communicate production updates and issues through email and chat platforms Follow production schedules, priorities, and deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support team members and assist with meeting daily production goals Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the assembly process Assist other departments and production areas as needed to support overall business operations Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities based on production demands Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
