Why This Opportunity Stands Out ✔ Work with a globally recognized aerospace & defense manufacturer ✔ High-visibility role supporting complex aerospace contracts ✔ Exposure to proposals, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations ✔ Collaborative environment working with engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and quality teams ✔ Stable and highly regulated aerospace manufacturing industry ✔ Excellent opportunity to strengthen aerospace commercial operations experience Key Responsibilities Contract Administration & Lifecycle Management Administer aerospace customer contracts, purchase orders (POs), LTAs, and contract agreements Review customer terms & conditions, pricing, schedules, and contractual requirements Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, modifications, and overall contract performance Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal company policies Proposal & Bid Coordination Coordinate proposal development activities for RFPs and RFQs Support pricing analysis, cost reviews, and proposal preparation Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and supply chain teams Prepare and submit compliant customer proposal packages Contract Negotiation & Commercial Support Support negotiations related to pricing, schedules, terms, and contract modifications Identify contractual risks and assist with mitigation strategies Coordinate follow-on contracts, amendments, and renewals Customer & Compliance Support Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer contracts Support customer meetings, contract reviews, and issue resolution activities Maintain contract documentation, reporting, and compliance records Assist with export compliance and regulatory documentation requirements Regulatory & Export Compliance Support compliance activities related to:
FAR / DFARS, ITAR
/ EAR, Export compliance requirements, Government contract support activities Education Bachelor's degree preferred in: Business Administration, Contracts Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal Studies, Operations Management or Related field
Preferred Certifications:
NCMA, CPCM,CFCM
Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience in: Contract Administration, Contracts Management, Proposal Coordination, Commercial Contracts Experience within: Aerospace Manufacturing, Aviation, Defense, Manufacturing, Highly regulated industries Strong customer communication and cross-functional coordination skills Ability to manage multiple contracts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Required Skills & Qualifications Contracts & Commercial Operations Experience with: Contract Administration, Contract Lifecycle Management, Terms & Conditions Review, Purchase Orders & LTAs, Contract Amendments & Modifications, Contract Compliance, Contract Risk Management Proposal & Pricing Support Experience supporting:
