Operations & Event Production Position Summary The Operations & Event Production Manager Trainee oversees event staffing, warehouse operations, logistics, production planning, and technical execution to ensure successful events and operational excellence. This role serves as the connection between sales, operations, warehouse, and production teams, ensuring people, equipment, and resources are coordinated effectively to deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational, logistics, and event production experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems while delivering high-quality events. Key Responsibilities Operations Management [Training] Manage daily operations, event execution, and warehouse activities. Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise event and operational staff. Coordinate staffing, equipment, vehicles, and resources for events. Monitor productivity, safety, and operational performance. Provide troubleshooting and operational support as needed. Warehouse & Inventory Management Oversee warehouse organization, inventory control, equipment preparation, and transportation logistics. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure equipment readiness. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for company equipment and vehicles. Improve systems for inventory tracking, accountability, and warehouse efficiency. Event Logistics & Production Plan and coordinate event logistics from preparation through execution. Develop event timelines and execution plans with sales and production teams. Ensure proper staffing, equipment, transportation, and technical support for each event. Lead on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown. Technical Production Design event layouts, staging plans, and technical setups. Coordinate audiovisual, lighting, staging, power, and infrastructure requirements. Oversee event production to ensure quality execution and client satisfaction. Resolve technical and operational issues during events. Sales & Client Support Partner with the sales team on event planning and production solutions. Assist with proposals, technical recommendations, and logistics planning. Identify opportunities to enhance events through additional services and equipment. Provide operational input for project planning and bids. Team Leadership Train and mentor technicians, warehouse staff, and event personnel. Promote accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and safety. Manage staffing schedules, production calendars, and event schedules. Continuous Improvement Stay current on industry trends and emerging event technologies. Recommend equipment, systems, and process improvements. Develop procedures that support efficiency, consistency, and company growth. Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in event operations, production, logistics, warehouse management, or a related field. Experience managing teams, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of event logistics, operational planning, and resource management. Experience with inventory control and equipment management. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience in live events, audiovisual production, hospitality, entertainment, or experiential marketing. Knowledge of staging, lighting, audio, and video systems. Experience supporting sales teams with proposals and production planning. Familiarity with inventory management and fleet management systems. Pay:
