Production Lead -Food manufacturing

York Employment has an excellent opportunity to to join a leading food manufacturing company as a Production Lead in La Mirada.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production floor operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Lead, motivate, and support production staff to meet output and quality targets Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, and sanitation protocols Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams as needed Assist with employee training, coaching, and performance management

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing lead role Previous experience in the food industry is preferred Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus You should be proficient in: Food and Beverage Manufacturing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
