This role involves maintaining a steady workflow, checking product quality, teamwork and keeping the work area clean and organized. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, works efficiently, and helps maintain a clean and safe work environment in a fast-paced setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lift and handle bags of produce weighing up to 50lbs. Arrive punctually to work and adhere to scheduled shifts. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals. Demonstrate respect and professionalism towards colleagues. Dump bags of produce into a large hopper as required. Stack boxes of produce weighing up to 50lbs onto pallets. Sort and differentiate between good quality and bad quality produce efficiently. Work safely in an environment with moving machinery and forklifts nearby. Maintain awareness of surroundings and always adhere to safety protocols. Occasionally assist with prepping the production line by assembling boxes or setting up packaging. Perform general labor tasks as needed, with no educational requirements. Stand continuously for up to 2 hours at a time and perform repetitive tasks. Go up and down flights of stairs continuously throughout the shift. Perform any other duties or miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management to support production and operational needs.

Working Conditions:

Work in a typical warehouse and production environment. Exposure to moving machinery and production equipment. Work in cold environment, temperatures ranging from 35 - 45 degrees.
