97 per hour! Primary responsibilities for Manufacturing Operations Workers include: Operate production machines in a fast-paced environment, including loading/unloading products and operating multiple machines simultaneously Complete machine setups and tooling changeovers based on product line requirements Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic to moderate equipment issues to maintain optimal performance Inspect and validate product quality before and during production runs to ensure specifications are met Identify defects and report quality, process, equipment, or material concerns to appropriate personnel for troubleshooting or corrective action Maintain workstation readiness by ensuring required materials and tools are available Accurately track and enter production data, including quality, throughput, and downtime, into systems such as SAP, MES, and Go-Canvas Meet established production and performance goals by product line Work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment May be required to handle minor chemicals depending on the work area Work environment: Machine Operators work in a production driven, high-volume environment where safety is a top priority. Employees are required to wear safety glasses and must be comfortable with physical demands of the role, including standing consistently for 8-10+ hours per day, pushing, walking, lifting up to 40lbs occasionally. A machine operator also occasionally bends, stoops, and reaches shoulder level for shift duration.

Pay Details:
