Lead Producer/ Design Department Manager About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our photo and video shoot team. This role supports day-to-day production needs, including studio organization, shoot preparation, and hands-on assistance during production days. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple responsibilities with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and breakdown of production shoots, events, and studio spaces. Maintain and organize equipment, props, and inventory to ensure smooth production flow. Provide on-site support, including interfacing with talent, crew, and clients. Perform general studio tasks, including cleaning and upkeep. Support packing, shipping, and receiving of production-related items. Assist in packaging creation and preparation for shoots as needed. Provide social media content support (nice to have, not required). Ensure timely completion of tasks and communicate effectively with the production team. Participate in travel and occasional overtime as required for shoots and events. Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed. Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Time management skills with attention to detail. Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools preferred. Previous production or studio experience preferred, but not required. Why Join Us?
