We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Lab Associate / Production Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, values organization and accuracy, and takes pride in consistency and efficiency. We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and capable of following strict operational and quality-control procedures. This role requires working 1-3 days per week at our DTLA location Must be able to lift 50+lbs and be confident with basic math equations and be able to place items in alphabetical order. Responsibilities:

Package and label products Weighing accurately Placing products in bins according to alphabetical order Shipping fulfillment Printing labels Check for quality assurance Ensuring production is efficient Ensure safety protocol and compliance is adhered to at all times Monitor overall quality and inventory of products and materials Responsible for overall cleanliness of working areas and storefront, Inform management of all issues Report supplies that need to be re-ordered Work cooperatively with production team to meet deadlines and quotas Organize stock Maintain and input inventory Ensuring inventory is accurate and taken routinely Must abide by all safety and hygiene regulations and updated changing PPE standards and guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent oral and written communications Ability and flexibility to work 1-3 days a week Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time and be able to lift 50 pounds Must follow CDC guidelines Works with urgency while maintaining accuracy Communicates proactively Takes accountability seriously Can adapt and grow with a scaling company Understands the importance of consistency, reliability, and teamwork in a production environment If you are highly organized, dependable, and interested in growing with a fast-moving company, we'd love to hear from you.
