Job Description We are seeking a Product Production Designer to support a high-volume creative team. This role is execution-focused, with an emphasis on creating production-ready design files and supporting day-to-day creative operations. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with leadership and internal teams, as well as coordination with freelance designers.

Monday to Friday 9a-6p (Onsite Mon-Thurs; Fri remote)
Start Date:
ASAP Duration:
Approx. 12+ months (through ~Sept 2027; subject to change) Pay rate: $35-$38
Responsibilities:
Create production-ready design files (packaging, graphics, and assets) Execute updates and revisions based on creative direction Prepare files for vendor/production use (accuracy and cleanliness critical) Support creative workflow coordination, including: Communicating feedback to freelance designers Tracking revisions and ensuring timely completion Assisting with scheduling and follow-ups
Requried Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience (not entry-level) Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Demonstrated experience creating final production files (not just concept work) Strong communication skills - able to relay feedback clearly and professionally Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in: Packaging design or production design Graphic/print production Creative or marketing agencies Comfortable working in environments with: Multiple small projects Quick turnaround timelines Cross-functional collaboration
Portfolio Requirement:
