You'll work closely with the Founder & President, helping move projects forward across both development and production. This includes communicating directly with clients, coordinating internally, and making sure things stay on track from early stages through final delivery. This is a hands-on role — not just administrative. It requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of how jewelry moves from concept into production. Role Overview Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout development and production Communicate timelines, updates, and approvals clearly and professionally Translate client feedback into actionable next steps for internal teams Product Development Work directly with the Founder & President on new product development opportunities Support projects from concept through production readiness Coordinate between CAD, sourcing, vendors, and production to move development forward Track revisions, approvals, and specifications throughout the development process Production Oversight Support production across multiple projects to ensure timelines and quality standards are met Identify and flag delays, gaps, or inconsistencies early Help ensure smooth transitions from development into production Internal Organization Maintain clear and organized systems for tracking projects and documentation Ensure all project information is complete, accurate, and accessible Support overall studio workflow and operational efficiency Qualifications Experience in jewelry production, manufacturing, or development (required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working directly with clients Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented

Preferred:

CAD proficiency (Rhino or similar) is a strong plus Experience with product development, design, or technical production workflows
