Additional $0.75/hour Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will operate and monitor molding and assembly equipment, perform assembly and packaging tasks, maintain production flow, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machine operation experience who are looking to grow their manufacturing career within a regulated production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor molding machines and assembly line equipment according to established procedures and work instructions. Meet individual production goals and performance expectations. Perform assembly and packaging of mechanical components using appropriate tools and equipment. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards. Supply materials to production lines and remove finished goods and waste to prevent interruptions. Transfer materials to and from production areas using proper material handling methods. Open boxes, crates, and containers as needed. Sort, organize, label, and store materials according to established processes. Maintain inventory accuracy in production and raw material areas. Ensure production areas remain clean, organized, and properly stocked. Identify and report material or component nonconformances. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and company regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Previous molding machine operation or other machine operation experience is required. Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, material lists, and bills of materials. Basic computer skills. Ability to use common hand tools safely and effectively. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to distinguish colors accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills in a production setting. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Manufacturing and production environment. Regular standing and walking throughout the shift. Occasional sitting, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Moderate to high noise levels in the work area. Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
