Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Pattern Maker to join our team in downtown Los Angeles. In this role, you will play a crucial part as a part of our production team in making patterns on Gerber system and support our company's mission to provide high-quality products to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare production ready patterns on Gerber system for junior dress (Club, Prom and daywear) Specialize in dress construction, including structured bodices, various necklines, sleeve types, linings, and diverse skirt silhouettes Collaborate closely with designers, sample makers, and technical designers to execute the intended design aesthetic and fit.. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with company standards. Partner with production teams and factories to troubleshoot and resolve assembly, construction, or fabric-behavior issues during manufacturing. Qualifications Five Years Proven experience as a production pattern maker in apparel industry Exceptional precision and accuracy in measurements and technical documentation. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard CAD pattern-making software ( Gerber) Deep understanding of garment construction, dress-making techniques, sewing operations, and grading rule Must have sense of urgency and be a team player If you are passionate about creating impactful work product as a team member, we invite you to apply today and become a vital part of our team!
