In this vital role, you will be an integral part of the Vitamin production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all industry standards. Your energy and dedication will help us deliver high-quality food products to our customers while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced food processing plant where teamwork and precision are key to success. Duties Operate various machinery and equipment used in food processing and packaging, adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines Assist in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products while following strict hygiene and sanitation standards Monitor production lines to ensure consistent product quality and identify any issues or deviations from specifications Maintain cleanliness of work areas by performing sanitation duties regularly, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations to uphold food safety standards throughout the production process Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, weights, and quantities during production tasks Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely when required for inventory movement or storage purposes Qualifications Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or a related food processing environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation procedures is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing equipment is a plus Ability to perform basic math accurately for measurements and calculations involved in food processing tasks Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely is advantageous Strong attention to detail with a focus on food safety and quality standards Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating safe, high-quality food products!
