Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Layout Engineer to join our hardware development team. In this role, you will own the physical design process of our next-generation electronic products. You will translate complex schematic diagrams into high-performance, manufacturable printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). You will work closely with Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing engineers to deliver robust, high-yield designs on time.
Responsibilities:
    Board Layout & Routing:
    Execute high-density, multi-layer board placement and routing for high-speed digital, analog, and power electronics.
      Component Library Management:
      Create, verify, and maintain schematic symbols and land pattern footprints according to industry standards.
        DFx Compliance:
        Apply strict Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Testing (DFT) guidelines.
          Signal & Power Integrity:
          Implement impedance-controlled routing, differential pairs, and proper shielding to minimize EMI/EMC issues.
            Collaboration:
            Partner with Mechanical Engineers to resolve physical constraints, housing fitment, and thermal management challenges.
              Release Documentation :
              Generate comprehensive manufacturing packages, including Gerber files, ODB++ data, drill charts, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
              Required Qualifications:
              • Must be a U.S Citizen or Green Card holder
              Prior Experience:
              3+ years of experience
              • Work on location in Torrance, CA
