Oroville, Ca Growing plastics manufacturer is looking for handson, mechanically inclined workers who can keep production running smoothly. If you like working with machines, solving problems, and staying busy, this is for you. What You'll Do Run and monitor production machines (extrusion, converting, bagmaking) Measure materials and product accurately to 1/16" Troubleshoot minor machine issues Keep work area clean and organized Follow quality checks and production specs Stay productive with minimal supervision Requirements Mechanical aptitude (comfortable with tools, machines, adjustments) Good math skills (fractions, tape measure, basic calculations) Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch Selfdriven and able to stay on task Reliable attendance Able to stand, lift, and work in a fastpaced environment Manufacturing or warehouse experience Machine operator background Experience in plastics, extrusion, converting, or similar industries Must be able to pass drug and background check.
