Shear Shop Technician Description We are seeking a Shear Shop Technician for a temp-to-hire, early-morning shift role in Oceanside, CA, paying $19.50-$22.00 per hour. This is a hands-on manufacturing position offering stability, overtime opportunities, and potential for permanent hire. Schedule (Early Morning / First Shift)

Monday-Thursday:

5:30 AM-2:00 PM

Friday:

4:30 AM-1:00 PM Overtime as needed On-site, 5 days/week Perks & Benefits Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Temp to Hire 1st Shift Job Responsibilities Machine operation, shear machine, metal fabrication Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment Quality control, inspections, and documentation Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards Meet production goals in a fast-paced environment Manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred Experience with CNC, sheet metal, fabrication, or industrial equipment a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Ability to work an early morning / first shift and perform physical labor Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.50 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
