Shear Shop Technician
for a
temp-to-hire, early-morning shift role
in •Oceanside, CA•, paying •$19.

50-$22.00 per hour

. This is a hands-on manufacturing position offering stability, overtime opportunities, and potential for permanent hire.
Schedule (Early Morning / First Shift)
+

Monday-Thursday:

5:30 AM-2:00 PM +

Friday:

4:30 AM-1:00 PM + Overtime as needed + On-site, 5 days/week .

Pay Rate:

$19.50 - $22.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Machine operation, shear machine, metal fabrication + Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment + Quality control, inspections, and documentation + Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards + Meet production goals in a fast-paced environment .

Position Requirements:

+ Manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred + Experience with CNC, sheet metal, fabrication, or industrial equipment a plus + Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused + Ability to work an

early morning / first shift
and perform physical labor

Requirements:

Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

Work Location:

SMXTA, Oceanside, CA 92056.

Manufacturing. The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.50 - $22.00 per hour.
