Bench Technician Ontario, CA Pay Rate:

$18.00•$26.00 per hour

Shift:

Monday•Friday | 2:00 PM•10:30 PM Every Product Starts with You. Join us as a Bench Technician in Ontario and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow. Gear Up and Get Going Experience in deburring, finishing, or precision hand work in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic shop math and measurement skills Ability to use standard hand tools and shop equipment Familiarity with ERP systems preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs Preferred Qualifications 1+ year experience in aerospace manufacturing or machine shop environment Experience working with metal components and precision finishing Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards and 5S practices Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Earn It.
