Full Job Description Benefits:
401(k) Paid time off Production Assistant What you'll do: Operate production and packaging equipment on gummy and capsule lines, following written batch records and instructions. Fill, label, cap, seal, and inspect finished product for accuracy and quality. Weigh, stage, and move raw materials and packaging components; assist with basic changeovers. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas between runs to maintain product safety. Complete production logs, lot records, and basic paperwork accurately and in real time. Report equipment problems, material shortages, or quality concerns to your supervisor. Who we're looking for: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years experience in food, supplement, or light manufacturing preferred; we provide on-the-job training. Comfortable following written procedures, performing basic math, and keeping accurate records. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable, safety conscious, and able to work a manufacturing shift schedule. Physical & work conditions: Manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and ingredient exposure; personal protective equipment required. Frequent standing, walking, and some repetitive motions.
